Who are we?

Hartcliffe and Withywood Community Partnership (HWCP) is a registered charity and a company limited by guarantee (Registered Charity No: 1092914 | Registered Company no: 4167878). It was established in 1998 to lead the regeneration of an area of South Bristol which includes Hartcliffe, Withywood, Bishopsworth and Whitchurch Park. Third Party Service Providers working on our behalf: We may pass your information to our third party service providers, agents subcontractors and other associated organisations for the purposes of completing tasks and providing services to you on our behalf (for example to process donations and send you mailings). You have the right to ask for a copy of the information Hartcliffe and Withywood Community Partnership (HWCP) hold about you. We may charge £10 for information requests (under certain circumstances) to cover our costs in providing you with details of the information we hold about you.

Security precautions in place to protect the loss, misuse or alteration of your information

When you give us personal information, we take steps to ensure that it’s treated securely. Any sensitive / personal information is encrypted and protected with 128 Bit encryption software on SSL. SSL means that the web pages on our site that are served up securely using ‘https://’. When you are on a secure page, a lock icon will appear on the bottom of web browsers such as Microsoft Internet Explorer, or the words “Secure” will appear next to the address bar in a web browser such as Google Chrome.

Non-sensitive details (your email address etc.) are sometimes transmitted normally over the Internet, and this can never be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
