Tai Chi is the perfect exercise for everyone, regardless of age or fitness level. The health benefits are many and include increased energy, improved balance and flexibility; and generally feeling healthier and stronger.
Come along to our friendly class and give it a try - no need to book. All ages and abilities welcome.
£4 for over 60's or under 16 years
